Lost your TWIC card or need to renew?

Lost Twic?

If you lost your TWIC card and it hasn’t expired, you can apply and pay for a replacement online. This can only be done if your TWIC has not expired yet. Your replacement will maintain the same expiration date as the original. Click the first link to start the replacement TWIC process, or simply search “replacement TWIC” in a search engine.

You don’t need to miss work if you lost your TWIC, terminals accept a printed receipt and a Government ID or PMA card. Sometimes, security guards are not aware that this method is accepted. If the security denies entrance, have them ask their supervisor. If this fails, call the BA, and they will  go to or reach out to the terminal in your behalf to let you in.

 Need to renew your TWIC card? 

The not-so-good news is that as of the date of this publication, when TWIC cards expire, you need to apply as a new applicant. There is no longer an option to renew your TWIC for a few years.
